How long does shipping take?

For products that are in stock, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing before your order is shipped. Weekends are not included.

For pre-order items, your order will be shipped within the dates listed on the product page. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

Why do some products have a pre-order option?

We use pre-orders to see how many people are interested in a product before we stock it.

If there is enough demand, we bring the product in and may even make it a permanent item. For example, our Aloe range sold out so quickly that it will now be a regular stock item from July.

Who do you deliver with?

We use Aramex and The Courier Guy! You can choose your preferred courier at checkout.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with it, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help!
